The reason is simple, we were born, raised and live in the places we support and fight for every day. Each corner of our planet faces their own diverse and serious threats to wildlife, this is not exclusive to a single region, country or continent. As different as each place might be, socially and/or economically, we still share the same global wildlife conservation battles. Unity of what has always been the first and last line of defense for wildlife conservation is what we are, what we do and what GHC stands for.

BirdDog makes it easy to get outside and adventure. We exist to provide Outdoorsman with exceptional hunting and fishing experiences. By partnering with ranch owners and fishing boats, we provide easy access to a broad range of experiences. Our partners include properties with five-star lodging and amenities as well as those with more modest accommodations. Similarly, some expereinces are set up for trophy hunts with a high chance of success for a once-in-a-lifetime trophy, while others are geared toward the chase. BirdDog aims to ensure both new and seasoned outdoorsman alike confidence that their experience will be what they expect. Above all, our goal is to facilitate memorable experiences for all hunting and fishing guests.

You will receive a trip confirmation email immediately after booking and your booking details can be viewed in the Bookings tab (coming soon). All hunting trip details can be expected to hit your inbox 30 days prior to arrival. The daily trip schedule and exact location details will be sent approximately one week prior to your trip. Yes, all hunters must possess a valid hunting license for the state or region they are hunting. Additionally, in the US, hunters born after September, 2 1971 must complete a Hunter Education course or purchase a "Hunter Education Deferral," which allows them to hunt for one license year without completing the course. After that year, they must complete the course.
That ultimately depends on the experience you've booked. Our hosts offer a wide variety of hunting opportunities, all-inclusive options, guides, and more. If you have specific needs or questions about an experience, please let us help by emailing [email protected].
Generally, experiences offered through BirdDog will at a minimum require that you bring your own weapons and ammunition, appropriate clothing for the type of hunt you'll be doing, your license, etc. More details about what is or is not included in an experience can be found on that page or by contacting us at [email protected].
Your experience is paid in full at the time of booking. This cost covers everything included in the experience unless you would like to leave a tip for guides and staff (10% recommended). In addition to credit card and ACH payment options, we also support Affirm and Klarna if you'd prefer to make payments over time.
